Donnette is a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker that specializes in deep tissue massage with assisted and active yoga stretching through Thai massage. She also believes in the importance of treating the body as a whole (holistic) as it is all connected. Donnette recognizes the use of different modalities in a single session can help her clients achieve a normal functioning state within the body and improve overall health. Donnette takes great care in her work, treating every client as an individual, while intuitively knowing when to apply different techniques. Donnette's journey has been an amazing one and she truly has developed a deep passion for what she does as well as an understanding of the human body, while always utilizing intent, focus, and compassion in her work.

This heavenly modality is a gentle, soothing massage capable of inducing deep relaxation in the recipient using long, graceful strokes to heighten the client's awareness of mind, body, and soul.

 Deep tissue massage is a good option if you have chronic muscle problems such as soreness, injury, or imbalance in the body. It can help relieve tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and anxiety. The use of slow, deep strokes/pressure to relieve tension and improve flexibility from the deepest layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
ZEN CBD Body Treatment

Choose this meditative and relaxing service when you wish to ease tension and calm the mind, body, and senses during times of stress. CBD oil, along with a myriad of essential oils, is combined and applied along with a thermal wrap to create a sense of well-being, relieve anxiety, and to ease physical tension, sore muscles, and or relieve chronic pain.
Raindrop Therapy
60 Minutes - $100
This treatment is a method of using a combination of reflexology, aromatherapy, massage techniques, and the use of 8 essential oils applied to your spine and on the bottoms of your feet. This technique is designed to bring balance to the body with its gentle, relaxing and mild application without using hard pressure or trying to force the body to change.
Zen Hot Stone
60 Minutes - $100
This type of therapeutic massage uses heated volcanic basalt stones in addition to the therapist's hands to ease muscle tension, improve blood flow, relieve pain and promote deep relaxation.
Zen Reiki
30 Minutes - $60
Reiki is a Japanese energy technique used for stress reduction and ultimate relaxation. This modality also promotes healing and to help restore “life force energy“ within the body.
Zen Thai
30 Minutes - $65
This therapeutic session of stretching and compression will work the entire body using a sequence of movements, stretching, and twisting the body that are similar to yoga. "Sen lines" are worked to experience the ultimate relaxation and joint mobility.
